Target audience beware
There were 2 front desk people and a maintenance guy who were nice and accommodating. It's hard to find good people who care these days.
It wasn’t inexpensive but still acceptable.

Had a fun trip to Kokomo Beach, just five miles from our hotel with my family and mom. The kids enjoyed the waterpark attractions, and it was a nice way to spend the day together. The staff there were friendly and accommodating, which made everything easier.
My kids wished for cleaner rooms that are better maintained.
